Definitions

• "Load2Learn", "Website" means Load2Learn.org.uk, which is owned by RNIB, and run in partnership with Dyslexia Action.
• "Dyslexia Action" means Dyslexia Institute Limited a charity registered under number  in England and Wales, and  in Scotland. Company Registration Number  with its registered offices at Park House, Wick Road, Egham, Surrey TW20 0HH.
• "RNIB" means Royal National Institute of Blind People, a charity registered under number  and  in Scotland. RNIB is a company incorporated by Royal Charter in England and Wales, company number  with its registered offices at.
• "We", "us" and "our" refers to Load2Learn.
• "RNIB ImageShare" is the provider of the accessible image facility and resources on this site which is wholly owned by RNIB.
• “Items“ or "Item" are downloadable resources in an accessible format for learners with print disabilities.
• "Print disability" is a person for whom a visual, cognitive or physical disability hinders the ability to read print. This includes all visual impairments, dyslexia, and any physical disabilities that prevent the handling of a physical copy of a print publication.
• “Terms and Conditions” are the rules and obligations which a user must agree to abide by in order to use Load2Learn. They are legally binding, and may be subject to change.

About the site

Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and Dyslexia Action received support from the Department of Education (DfE) for a partnership project to create a fully accessible and dyslexia friendly Website-based service which is called 'Load2Learn'.
