Preparation: In a mixing bowl put grated cassava, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, scallion, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and coconut milk. Mix them properly. Take a baking plate and put a baking paper. You can oil the baking paper for extra safety. Take some of the cassava mixture and spread it evenly on the baking paper. Put some of the sweet potato slices over the mixture. Now add the shredded chicken and tofu over it and sprinkle some salt and pepper powder for taste. Cover it with the remaining sweet potato slices. Spread the rest of the cassava mixture evenly on the potatoes. Now put the plate into the oven and bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. The top should be the colour of golden brown. Once ready serve it as a side dish with steamy rice.
